You can choose to make the most of your VIP membership and carry out the facial live, online with me and other members of The Letterbox Facials Collective each month - but don't worry if you can't make the live, all Letterbox Facials come with an easy to follow step-by-step guide.

Once you subscribe to Letterbox Facials, you will receive your facial throught the post each month. The dates and times for each month's live, online facial will be listed in our members only Letterbox Facials Collective area, (they will however always be in the evening) But don't worry if you can't make it ,each facial comes complete with a simple step by step guide for you to follow.

The subscription Letterbox Facial is unique in that I create you a different facial each month, so you'll never receive the same facial in a 12 month period . It caters to all skin types and allows me as a facialist to address all skin concerns and changes based on time of year, seasons etc. You'll also have access to the Letterbox Facial Collective where we carry out these facials interactivley, online as a group, and you can ask any questions and get expert tips and advice, just as you would if you were coming to me for an in salon facial. The individual Letterbox Facial is a one off, not a subscription and you choose which facial your skin needs and which concern you wish to target. You then carry out the facial following the step by step guide included with it.

Should you subscribe after the date of the online facial, you will still receive your Letterbox Facial as normal, but you will simply follow the step by step guide and carry out the facial yourself for that month. Obviously you'll be on track to receive your Letterbox Facial the following month with everyone else so will be all set to join in and carry it out online with us.

How often have you missed the post and had to vist the post office or pester your neighbour? Our parcels fit perfectly though standard sized letterboxes, making those issues a thing of the past!

All orders are packaged and posted within 24 hours of your order being placed . The monthly subscription facials will be dispatched the first week of each month We always use 1st Class Royal Mail so it's reliant upon Royal Mail how soon you will receive your order - but it's usually 1-3 working days but ultimately we are in the hands of Royal Mail.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We accept all major debit and credit cards aswell as Paypal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash. Please do not send cash through the post as payment.
